Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the MS Distributor website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Wholesale Supply
MS Distributor supplies products on a wholesale basis to businesses, retailers, contractors and resellers. All products are sold in bulk packaging (cartons, bales and wholesale quantities). We do not sell individual retail items.
2. Pricing & VAT
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order approval.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders placed online are subject to approval and stock availability. Once approved, you will receive banking details for EFT payment. Goods are reserved but only processed once full payment (and proof of payment) has been received.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and logistics costs are for the customer's account. You may use our recommended logistics partners, appoint your own transport, or collect using your own vehicle. Once goods are invoiced, paid in full and ready, you will be notified for collection or delivery.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.
6. Limitation of Liability
MS Distributor is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
